Do I need to be in shape to workout?

No. Every single person starts and finishes in all ages and lifestyles.

 


Do I need to be on a diet to lose weight?

No. Dieting never works. To get where you would like to be you need to understand how Calories and Macros work. This way you can lose weight/gain muscle while enjoying the foods you love.

 


What if I am afraid of going to the gym?

Thats ok, the gym isn't for everyone. We have formulated an at home workout plan to where you can do everything from the comfort of your home but feel like you're at the gym.

 


For a woman, will I start to look too bulky?

No. For women, you would need to train excessively hard to get a bulky look.  


Can I tighten loose skin?

Yes. To an extent, depending on the amount of loose skin you will be able to tighten up so much. 

 


Can I gain muscle being so thin?

Yes. Anyone can gain muscle no matter the size. It all starts with the proper amount of nutrients you put into your body with the assistance of strength training exercises.

 


Are cheat days bad?

No. A cheat meal day is a good way to reward yourself for hitting a goal. But you want to make sure you don't have one then cause yourself to backslide s

so make them count!


Can I exercise too much?

Yes. You want to allow your body to rest. Too much can cause injury, so you need to make sure your workouts include rest days for your muscles to rest and repair.
